The more minerals there are in the plant, the better it is for optimal health consumption. Studies have shown that organic crops contain 90% more minerals than Genetically altered food!
But don't be fooled! just because something says it is organic doesn't mean that it is healthy for you. For instance organic white sugar, organic cane sugar and organic flour. True, they are all organic, but they are also still sugar and refined white flour. It is important to also look for the label "unrefined".
Ugh! it seems like a lot of work and at first it is. it is a learning process, but after some time it becomes second nature and your body will thank you for it.
